Collier's Reserve Country Club
Naples Private Golf Community
Collier's Reserve is a luxury Naples private golf club community on 450 acres with 228 estate homes and homesites nestled along one of South Florida's most pristine natural waterways, the Cocohatchee River. Orginally acquired by Barron Gift Collier in 1923 (the patriarch of Naples' leading family and the county's founder), approximately 1/3 of the community is protected in perpetuity as natural preserve.
The custom luxury estate homes sit on lots ranging in size from one-third to three-fourths of an acre and all enjoy a golf and/or lake views. The minimum sized home permitted is 2500 sqft and generally feature stucco with tile roofs in contemporary, Mediterranean, and other architectural styles, and architectural standards are maintained by a design review comittee. There are 15 prime riverfront homesites.
Designed by Arthur Hills and opened in 1993, the 18 hole par 72 championship golf course is 6837 yards from the tips and boasts a course rating of 73.8 and a slope of 138. Additional amenities include; the Boathouse for casual riverside dining, the Clubhouse for casual, formal and private dining, Har-Tru tennis courts and a pool.
